It's never too late to make lifestyle changes and it is pretty normal for major life events to become the perfect catalyst for such change. Whether it is having a baby, getting married, or navigating a new career transition, prioritizing yourself enables you to be your best and be there for others. 

The term "clean living" can mean different things for different people. There is also no right or wrong way of living a clean and healthy lifestyle. In our experience, the best approach is to start by making small and achievable enhancements which later will turn into big results! 

After a breast cancer diagnosis, you may become more in tune to the foods you are eating, the products you are using, and even the level of exercise you are getting. While we may not know what causes breast cancer, it does help to know that we do have choices and can take control of things that are in our power, such as reading labels and making informed decisions.
